Payment Terms

In consideration for the Subscription and/or Services described above, I agree to pay Lentner, LLC a fee as set forth above. I acknowledge the billing arrangement and that I am and shall remain liable to Lentner, LLC for the entire fee. In addition to the aforementioned fee, credit card processing fees may be incurred for transactions completed using credit cards, the exact amount may vary. It is important to note, however, that there are no associated processing fees when payment is made via ACH. I acknowledge that I have read, and I hereby agree and consent to the foregoing terms.

In consideration for the annual Subscription Services described above, I agree to pay Lentner, LLC an annual fee, which annual fee shall be billed on a monthly basis as set forth above. I acknowledge that the monthly billing arrangement is provided as a convenience and that I am and shall remain liable to Lentner, LLC for the entire annual fee. In addition to the aforementioned fee, credit card processing fees may be incurred for transactions completed using credit cards, the exact amount may vary. By agreeing to these terms, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the payment obligations, including the limitation of discounts to the first annual payment only. I hereby agree and consent to the foregoing terms.
